About

Hey, I’m Elizabeth.

In high school I shadowed speech pathologists in their work with nonverbal children. They used velcro patches from a scrapbook to form sentences and communicate. So I built an app to do that instead and fell in love with building things.

Many years later I now lead developer relations at Vapi, where we're making machines talk. Once people can talk to the **things** around them, they will. And I believe voice is the way we're going to distribute LLMs to the entire world.

Before this, I led developer relations at Exa. Exa is on a moonshot vision to rebuild search to actually find high quality information on the web.

Before that, I worked at Invert, automating bioprocess data analysis for biotech companies. I still hope to come back to biology someday, because I believe it can change the world.

These days I'm thinking a lot about exceptional developer experiences and voice. And my free time is split between writing, running and at the solidcore studio in castro, sf.

Shoot me an email if that resonated or I can help you in any way!
